Synopsis
Soledad Burgos was born in the midst of adversity. At an early age she completely lost her vision. Her disability accidentally leads to the death of her older brother and the undaunted hatred of a mother with a secret. Life deprived Soledad of her main meaning, but in return she gave her a gift: she sings with the perfection that only the great singers of the world can do. But her gift is brutally repressed, hidden and emphatically denied by Delfina, her bitter and ambitious mother who does not forgive her for the death of her true son.
Soledad grows up and becomes a beautiful woman whom everyone recognizes as an artist despite Delfina's constant and brutal denials. The love and recognition of Vicente will try to redeem Soledad. Vicente belongs to a wealthy family and he himself has a large personal fortune, represented in land and cattle. But the boy's passion is a small radio station founded by his aunt, the beautiful and rebellious Faride Chadid, whom Vicente adores and supports unrestrictedly. But Vicente's wealth disgracefully attracts a part of his own bankrupt family. The young man falls into a trap: Amira Rebeca, Vicente's cousin sister, driven by her mother, seduces Vicente and lends herself to the creation of a hoax that traps and changes the course of Vicente's life. This accidental delivery occurred after a night of fandango, is used by Amira Rebeca's family to try to "hunt" Vicente at all costs. A family war breaks out.
Injustice activates the forces of destiny and, contrary to expectations, such pressure leads Vicente to the arms of Soledad and to find true love. But that love is realized in adverse circumstances for both: Vicente has just suffered a treacherous accident and Soledad has been taken away from her people and her town because of a singing contest in which the girl participates against all odds. Soledad and Vicente's immediate crush A short time later, Delfina discovers that her daughter is pregnant and, to avoid ridicule, confines her to a convent where single mothers are welcomed with the aim of giving up their children for adoption. Delfina agrees that Soledad's son should be given away. Without informing anyone of anything, Soledad's beautiful girl is sold to Amira Rebeca. Amira, of course, doesn't know that this girl is from Soledad.

Soledad Burgos
Interpreted by: Laura de león
Our protagonist is, above all, a woman who exudes a spirit of freedom. Having grown isolated from the world, human conflicts and material concerns, Soledad is a sensual woman, without shame or shame, who always acts in a very natural way. The fact that she has been blind since she was very young has prevented her from comparing herself physically with other people. In her place, she is very much carried away by her senses, particularly her sense of smell. As The Little Prince would say, “The beautiful is not what you see with your eyes but what you feel with your heart”: precisely because she is blind, Soledad finds beauty in everything, not only in what surrounds her but in those who surround her.
Vicente Bula Chadid
Vicente Bula Chadid
Interpreted by: Edgar Vittorino
He is an extraordinarily charismatic and thoughtful young man with a calm character who, growing up without a father (although his grandfather Fuad played this role), has a keen sense of honor and an enormous principle of parental responsibility, refusing to let his supposed son with Amira Rebeca, his wife by force and first cousin, followed his same path. He is passionate about the culture of the region, particularly the joint, for which, together with his aunt Faride, he works at La voz del Sinú, the station owned by both of them, which they founded fighting for the conquest of a dream: to give a voice to the Town of Brisa Quieta and be part of the musical history of the region.
Amira Rebeca Bula

Interpreted by: Daniela Tapia
She is a spoiled and capricious girl who believes that, due to her social position, she deserves everything. She lives pending what they will say precisely because she herself judges and criticizes everyone else from a very provincial perspective, since her world does not go beyond the "society" of her small town. Just as she is critical, she does not tolerate being judged, because – knowing that her grandparents founded Brisa Quieta – she believes that she is “from a better family” than everyone else. Her constant mistakes and the blows of her life awaken in her a type of emotional intelligence that leads her to fight for harmony in her existence.
Delfina Ricardo
Delfina Ricardo
Interpreted by: tahimi Alvariño
Soledad's false mother. She is a villain in every sense of the word. She lacks any sort of scruples, apparently because of the bitterness that she keeps in her heart from having been widowed by the only man she really loved in her life and by the death of her son when she was just a child. There is a deep bitterness in Delfina that manifests itself by denying others what she lost with the death of her husband and her son. Bitter and convinced that life owes her something, she has a hard and brutal heart that shows the darkest and most fearsome of a human being.
Farided Chadid
Farided Chadid
Interpreted by: Majida Issa
Unlike her two sisters, Evangelina and Mema, Faride is a worldly woman who had the courage to leave home at a very young age, after her father forced her sister to marry the love of her life, Eduardo Bula, Sr. of Vincent. After suffering the harsh and the mature abroad, she knows she is sure of her actions. Because of her independent nature, she doesn't tell anyone, which doesn't mean she's conflictive. On the contrary, she is smiling and flirtatious, she does her things with such diplomacy that in some cases she is confused with sweetness.
‘’Mema‘’ Chadid
‘’Mema‘’ Chadid
She is a macho woman to the core who clearly differentiates the "functions" of men and women: it is up to the former to use their physical strength to protect them, for which -despite the fact that she emotionally manipulates them at will- He considers them somehow superior. The more bullies and thugs, the more she admires them, traits she tries to force on her twin sons. Physically she is fragile and harmless, but emotionally she is a manipulative, twisted and very theatrical woman: she makes a show of everything. She is a villain who does everything for money, not caring about taking her own family before her.
